Tom Perrego
About The Founder
Tom’s professional career reflects over 23 years of experience providing project management and operational cost reduction solutions for manufacturers and architect & engineering firms. His work as a shop floor industrial, manufacturing, and application engineer, engineering, research and development, and plant manager for 10 years taught him the realities of change management associated with implementing process changes. Before starting Productivity Solutions in 2002, he worked at an A&E firm as an industrial engineer in their Facility Layout department, where he learned project management and process simulation modeling.
Tom is a hands-on engineer who relates to all levels of employees, from C suite to shop floor associates. His Entrepreneural career started at the end of high school when he started “Perrego Deck Design” that designed and installed pressure treated lumber decks on residential house to support his college tuition. His hobbies include soccer and home improvement projects.
