Productivity Solutions, previously known as Perrego & Associates LLC, has provided process improvement solutions to large, medium, and small companies for the last 21 years. Tom Perrego founded Productivity Solutions after working eight years on the shop floor as an industrial, manufacturing, and applications engineer. Creating routings, BOMs, writing and implementing procedures, supervising engineers, improving processes, performing facility layouts, etc. He understands manufacturers’ challenges with change management and training new skills to be competitive.

Productivity Solutions works with multiple Architectural & Engineering companies designing and costing complete manufacturing sites. We design the inside processes, select equipment and generate the layout, start-up, and operating costs, while the A&E firms design and cost the building and site work.
